
Simon Benetton was a sculptor and a poet who lived in Treviso. Son of the sculptor Toni Benetton, he followed his father’s footsteps, eventually defining his own unique style in works made of iron. He was born in 1933 and spent his entire life in Treviso, passing away in 2016. He spent his days working in his atelier, or workshop, near the family’s forge in the northern outskirts of the town.
